Since our products primarily consist of digital courses, astrology consultations, and downloadable content, the following policy applies:
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. Once access has been provided, no refund, return, or exchange will be issued.
Astrology Consultations
If a consultation has already been conducted, no refund will be provided.
If we are unable to deliver the booked consultation due to our own reasons, you may choose either:
A full refund, or
A rescheduled appointment.
Duplicate Payments
If a customer is charged twice for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
Cancellation
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once access has been granted.
